1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of conciletech.com (the “Site”), operated by Concile Techsystems Private Limited (India) and Concile Techsystems LLC (Dubai, UAE), together “Concile”. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Software, services and training

Information on the Site about software, services, training and pricing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Any order is governed by the quotation, proposal or agreement issued for it. Dassault Systèmes software is supplied through our group companies MSD Facilitators and Ekspe Software Services LLP, Authorised Dassault Systèmes Partners, and is subject to Dassault Systèmes’ licence terms. In the United Arab Emirates, Concile Techsystems LLC provides services only.

3. Use of the Site

• You may view and download Site content for your own business evaluation of our products and services
• You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without written permission
• You may not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, damages it, or interferes with others’ use of it
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, page designs, the Concile name and logo and the capability documents we publish, are owned by Concile or its licensors. SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, DraftSight, SIMULIA, DELMIAWorks, ENOVIA, CATIA and related names are trademarks of Dassault Systèmes or its subsidiaries. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but product features, editions, programmes and prices change, and we do not warrant that any information is complete or error-free. Capability matrices and comparisons are summaries; the authoritative description of any Dassault Systèmes product is Dassault Systèmes’ own documentation. We may change or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including Dassault Systèmes and our group companies. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Concile is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability under any order for software, services or training is governed by the agreement for that order.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

For users in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India. For users in the United Arab Emirates, they are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute about the Site will be subject to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Orders for software, services and training are governed by the law stated in their own agreements.
