Keep up with the OEM without a bigger drawing office
Tier suppliers live with OEM data in every CAD format, engineering changes that never stop, PPAP paperwork and audits. We keep multi-CAD data flowing, put change control into one workflow, validate before tooling and produce the documentation the customer demands — without adding headcount.

The customer sends CATIA, NX or Creo data; your team works in SOLIDWORKS. Changes arrive weekly and have to be traced through drawings, tooling and open orders. Validation reports and PPAP packs are demanded with every submission. The problems are data exchange, change control and documentation, and all three are process problems before they are software problems.
- Clean conversion of OEM CATIA, NX, Creo and STEP data into SOLIDWORKS
- ECR / ECO change control with effectivity in 3DEXPERIENCE or SOLIDWORKS PDM
- FEA, fatigue and tolerance-stack reports accepted by OEM engineering
- Variant and family automation for brackets, harness clips, trims and fixtures
- PPAP, FMEA, control plans and SPC records in DELMIAWorks
- EDI and customer-portal connectivity
- Supplier-licence compliance evidence for OEM audits
- Drawings and MBD data published to tooling and inspection on release
Where the hours go back
Multi-CAD data exchange
OEM data converted, healed and version-tracked so your team works in SOLIDWORKS without losing the link to the customer’s master.
Change and release control
One workflow for ECR/ECO with effectivity, so a change reaches tooling, open orders and work instructions with an audit trail.
Validation by simulation
Structural, fatigue and thermal studies before tooling, delivered as reports that OEM engineering accepts.
Variant automation and documentation
Families generated from rules; PPAP packs, inspection reports and drawings produced from the released model.

Our OEM works in CATIA. Do we need CATIA too?
Usually not. Most tier suppliers convert to SOLIDWORKS for their own tooling and fixtures. Where native CATIA is contractually required, it is available through the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and we scope it honestly.
Can you handle PPAP documentation?
Inspection reports and ballooned drawings from SOLIDWORKS Inspection; FMEA, control plans and SPC in DELMIAWorks; the pack assembled by Engineering KPO when you need the capacity.
Our OEM is asking for proof of licensed CAD.
A focused Licence Audit produces the evidence pack, usually within a week or two.
How do we keep up with weekly engineering changes?
Change control with effectivity in PDM or 3DEXPERIENCE, and the Drawing-to-Production Bridge so each ECO updates open orders and work instructions automatically.
