Send the problem, the drawings and the customer’s requirement. We confirm scope, deliverable and acceptance criteria within two working days.
Quote
Fixed price per project, a monthly retainer for ongoing support, or gain-share where there is a saving to share. NDA signed before data moves.
Deliver
A named engineer runs the work. Progress checkpoints for larger studies; a draft report for your review before final issue.
Review
The report is walked through with your engineers. Recommendations are prioritised with cost and effort.
Retain
Most customers move to a retainer: a standing allocation of analysis and documentation capacity each month.

Questions we get asked most
How does gain-share work?
For cost-reduction work we agree a baseline cost per unit, implement the changes with you, and take an agreed share of the verified saving for a fixed period. If there is no saving, there is no fee beyond the agreed minimum.
Will your reports be accepted by our customer or notified body?
Reports show the method, assumptions, standards and results and are signed by a named engineer. For PED/CE and similar, we prepare the technical file to the directive’s requirements; the notified body assessment itself is yours or your customer’s to arrange.
What is the smallest engagement?
A single study or a single tender response. There is no minimum.
Can you work from a sketch and a conversation?
For tender engineering, yes — that is often all there is. We produce the GA, sizing and costing and flag the assumptions.
Do you serve European clients?
Yes, through Concile Techsystems LLC in Dubai for contracting and time-zone overlap, with delivery from India.
How is this different from CAD & CAE Services?
CAD & CAE Services is capacity: modelling and detailing to your instructions. KPO is judgement: analysis, compliance and documentation where the deliverable is a conclusion, not a drawing.
