Your account owner is a Concile engineer. When a quotation involves Dassault Systèmes software, the order and licence paperwork run through MSD Facilitators or Ekspe, whichever serves your region; the engineering, automation and support are contracted with Concile. In the UAE, Concile Techsystems LLC contracts and delivers services directly.
The structure exists for compliance with Dassault Systèmes’ partner programme. It does not change who you talk to.

Concile engineers, with Dassault Systèmes technical escalation through the partner company that issued the licence.
Which company serves my region?
North India: MSD Facilitators. Central India: Ekspe. The rest of India is served by whichever is closer, coordinated by your Concile account owner. GCC: Concile Techsystems LLC.
Are the partner badges Concile’s?
No. The Authorised Dassault Systèmes Partner status belongs to MSD Facilitators and Ekspe Software Services LLP. Concile is the engineering and account company.
