Training & Support
Software only pays back when people are confident with it. We run role-based SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE training in classroom, onsite and live-online formats, prepare your team for Dassault Systèmes certification, and back it with technical support that reaches an engineer who uses the tool every day, not a ticket queue.
Book a Workflow Discovery CallTalk to an EngineerTrained by role, supported by engineers
A designer, a checker, a PDM administrator and a simulation analyst need different things from the same software. Our courses are built by role, taught by engineers who implement these tools in production, and — for custom workshops — run on your own models, templates and standards so what is learned on Tuesday is used on Wednesday. Support works the same way: the person who answers has configured and automated the software, so the answer is practical, and recurring issues are fed straight back into the next training plan.
- SOLIDWORKS Essentials through advanced parts, assemblies, drawings, sheet metal, surfacing, weldments
- SOLIDWORKS Simulation, Flow, Motion, PDM and CAM courses
- 3DEXPERIENCE platform navigation, data management, collaboration and role-specific apps
- Custom workshops built around your products, templates and design practice
- CSWA, CSWP, CSWE and specialist certification preparation
- PDM and 3DEXPERIENCE administrator training for IT and CAD admins
- Technical support by phone, email and remote session with agreed response times
- Health checks and managed upgrades for installations and templates
What is different about training from an implementer
Built by role, not by menu
A checker does not need a surfacing course. Each curriculum covers the tools a role uses, in the order a working day uses them.
On your models
Custom workshops use your parts, your templates and your pet problems. The exercise is the job.
Support feeds training
Every recurring support issue becomes a workshop topic. Over a year the support call volume falls because the training got more specific.
Standard curriculum, custom workshops, certification
Standard courses follow the Dassault Systèmes curriculum. Custom workshops are scoped from a short call about what your team is struggling with.

Measured competence for designers and for tenders.
- CSWA, CSWP, CSWE
- Specialist exams: sheet metal, weldments, surfacing, drawing tools, simulation
- Practice exams and mentor review
- Exam vouchers through our partner companies
Administrator training
For the people who keep it running.
- SOLIDWORKS deployment and network licensing
- PDM administration: workflows, data cards, users

Support that reaches an engineer, with targets you can hold us to
Our support engineers configure and automate these tools in production, so answers are practical and fast. Response targets are agreed up front, tracked, and reported every month.
Technical support
Phone, email and remote-session support with named contacts and response targets by priority. Escalation to Dassault Systèmes through our partner companies when it is needed.
Health checks
Periodic review of installations, templates, Toolbox, PDM performance and workstation settings, with a short report of what to fix before it becomes a call.
Managed upgrades
Version upgrades planned, tested on your templates and add-ins, and rolled out with minimal downtime, with a what’s-new session for the team.
Taught and supported by engineers who implement these tools
Every instructor also delivers projects. That is why the examples are real, the shortcuts are the ones that matter, and the support answers come with a reason.
- Certified SOLIDWORKS instructors and 3DEXPERIENCE implementers
- Classroom in Bhopal, Indore, Gurugram and Dubai; onsite anywhere in India and the GCC; live online worldwide
- Course materials, exercise files and a quick-reference guide for every participant
- Support agreements with agreed response and resolution targets, reported monthly
- Periodic health checks of installations, templates and performance
- Skills Subscription for continuous online learning between courses
Questions we get asked most
How long are the courses?
Essentials is four days; most advanced courses are two to three days; custom workshops are typically one to two days. Live-online courses are split into half-day sessions.
Can you train at our site?
Yes, anywhere in India and the GCC. We bring the materials; you provide the room and the workstations, or we arrange laptops.
Do you provide certification exams?
We prepare candidates and arrange exam vouchers through our Dassault Systèmes partner companies. Exams are taken online through Dassault Systèmes’ testing system.
What is included in a support agreement?
Named contacts, phone, email and remote-session support, agreed response targets by priority, monthly reporting and a quarterly review. Health checks and upgrade assistance are included at the appropriate tier.
We bought our licences elsewhere. Can we still get support from you?
Yes. Support and training agreements are available independently of where the software was purchased.
Do you train students and colleges?
Yes — through institution plans on the Skills Subscription and through our Education and Startups programmes.
