This website, conciletech.com, is operated by Concile Techsystems Private Limited (India) and Concile Techsystems LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), together “Concile”, “we” or “us”. Concile is part of a group that also includes MSD Facilitators and Ekspe Software Services LLP, through which Dassault Systèmes software is supplied.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: name, company or institution, work email, phone number and the content of your message when you use a contact or enquiry form, request a quotation, register for an event or training, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply for a role.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs and the analytics provided by our hosting platform (WordPress.com) and its cookies.

Information from our services: where you are a customer, the contact details and licence, support and project records needed to supply software, services and training.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and deliver software, services and training you have asked for
• To administer licences, renewals, support agreements and training records
• To send newsletters and event invitations where you have subscribed; every email includes an unsubscribe link
• To operate, secure and improve this website
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

• Group companies MSD Facilitators and Ekspe Software Services LLP, where a quotation or order involves Dassault Systèmes software
• Dassault Systèmes, to the extent required to register, activate and support software licences and certifications
• Service providers that host this website, send our emails and store our records, under contracts that restrict their use of the data
• Authorities, where required by law

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer, licence and training records are kept for the life of the relationship and for the period required by Indian and UAE tax and company law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) or other applicable law to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. 8. Security and transfers

Personal data is stored on our hosting platform’s infrastructure and in our business systems, protected by access controls and encryption in transit. Because we operate in India and the UAE and use international service providers, data may be processed outside the country where it was collected, under safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Education deployments collect only the institutional and faculty data needed to supply and support the software.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
