Faiz Khan
Director of Concile Techsystems Private Limited and Concile Techsystems LLC, and of Ekspe Software Services LLP. Faiz leads the group’s technical practices: SOLIDWORKS API development, 3DEXPERIENCE platform configuration, PLM and PDM deployments, design automation and the AI for Engineering practice.
He works across business development, technical pre-sales and hands-on implementation, and is based between the UAE and India.
Deepak Mehndiratta
Deepak leads sales and customer relationships across the group, including the Authorised Dassault Systèmes Partner companies MSD Facilitators and Ekspe Software Services LLP.
He is the commercial counterpart to the technical practice: scoping, proposals, licensing and the relationships that keep customers with the group for years.
Who you will actually work with
Account owners, application engineers, PLM implementers, developers and trainers across four locations.
Application engineers
SOLIDWORKS-certified engineers who install, template, train and support, and who answer the support line.
PLM implementers
3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS PDM specialists who run the workshops, configure the platform and administer it afterwards.
Developers
C#/.NET and web developers who build add-ins, configurators, AI agents and integrations on the SOLIDWORKS API and 3DEXPERIENCE web services.
Design and simulation engineers
Modelling, detailing, FEA and CFD for CAD & CAE Services, Remote CAD Desk and Engineering KPO.
Trainers
Certified instructors who run classroom, onsite and online courses and record the Skills Subscription library.
Account owners
One Concile engineer per customer, responsible for the relationship from first call to renewal.
